Way of Mastery Breath Therapist, Healer, Priestess and Retreat Facilitator

Bio

I was born in Antibes in Provence, and have  always been called back there, and to the Pyrenees in the south west of France. My parents were living a Bohemian life in the 20’s and 30’s in Provence as my father was an impressionist painter. I also became an artist and studied textile design at the Royal College of Art in London. In the 70’s I went on to live in San Francisco, a hub for personal development in the early days.

In the 80’s and 90’s, I became more deeply committed to creating a change in the world, believing we are all human and deserve to be seen and treated equally. I became actively involved where change was happening in the world and where I could be part of making this happen, by creating programs and projects for governments, supporting  women in Grenada, and in Africa, Zimbabwe and in Trinidad. I created  training programs and taught textile design and craft, establishing self help sustainable textile cottage industries and cooperatives to produce their own beautiful designs and craft, reflecting their own cultures. By 2001, I was ready to move on and was called to Bali, to continue designing my own collections of Batiks.

In 2005, when I was led to meet Jayem at the Way of Mastery ashram in Ubud, Bali, I committed myself to five years of intensive healing and transformation of my fears, negative self beliefs, along with the shame and guilt and deep core beliefs and feelings of unworthiness blocking me from loving, accepting and acknowledging myself as the Healer and Teacher that I am now. The journey of the Way of the Heart, Transformation and Knowing, followed the channelled teachings and practices of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, of Christ Consciousness.  Along with these teachings came the two main practices of transformation, Love’s Breath, a conscious connected breathwork practice, and Radical Inquiry.

Breathwork is now known to be a transformational practice that physically increases the state of higher consciousness through bringing greater oxygen to the cells of the body and releasing emotions through the breath, leading to a greater state of relaxation and peace of mind.

I was not aware of the Breathwork that was being introduced in the West by Leonard Orr. I only knew Love’s Breath as a sacred healing practice of transmuting fears to love in a deeply embodied spiritual way. Powerful physical experiences of nausea in releasing memories, trauma and fears opened me to experience myself fully as Divine, feeling Joy, Bliss, and Unconditional Love as Oneness.

As my personal story was attached to my sexuality, and the healing of sexual trauma, it felt natural as I healed to share these practices with others to heal their wounds of sexuality and to start leading workshops in Sacred Sexuality with Womb Healing and Tantra Massage for Women.

Radical Inquiry was the journey of conscious questioning with the Breath, bringing awareness to the core belief, the stories attached, emotions, and the moment at which the story energetically became attached to the pain body.  The shift  happens when awareness of this moment is consciously felt in the body and releases the trauma and fears, opening in awareness, connecting with our higher consciousness and remembrance of Divine Love.

I decided to combine Breathwork and Radical Inquiry and to lead Love’s Breath through a meditation of Inquiry into the beliefs, to allow the breath to consciously connect and release energetically the blocked emotions and come back to a state of Divine Presence within. I also combined the practices for private healing sessions; and mainly women who had been severely abused sexually came to me for sessions.  As this had been my own process of transformation, I wanted to share this as a healing transformational session, especially with women.

In 2009, I created Awakening the Sacred Feminine as my page online. From 2009-2012. I offered Sacred Sexuality weekend workshops for women in Bali every six weeks to two months. Leading them into the practices of clearing their fears and sexual traumas held in the Divine Passage, the Yoni, which became a womb healing transformative journey. These workshops brought together Love’s Breath, Inquiry practices,High Priestess Water blessings, flower ceremonies and Tantra massage. From 2012-2014 the workshops became 5-day and 7-day retreats which I held in France at the foothills of the Mary Magdalene Cave in St Baume, and near Rennes Les Chateau, where Mary Magdalene also lived.

In 2015 I was invited to Sweden by Lena Kristina Tuulse, a well known breathwork facilitator to assist her in her yearly Warm Water Breathwork retreat, with 60-80 people being rebirthed in large warm water tubs. Bringing my spiritual teachings and practices together with her rebirthing breathwork practices, brought in the Divine, brought Spirit into Matter.  Lena and I continued offering weekend workshops at her retreat Centre in Sweden throughout  the five years I lived in Sweden. From 2017- 2022 we co-facilitated week-long retreats in Liberation Breathwork and Love’s Breath in Spain and Italy and in 2019, a 10-day retreat in Bali; and again in Bali in 2024 a 10-day Renewal of Life Force and Joy breathwork retreat.

In Sweden I met Sandy Levey Lunden of The Course in Miracles, leading workshops in clearing beliefs. Again as my own teaching practice of Radical Inquiry was also a journey of clearing beliefs, Sandy invited me as a healer to join the many weekend workshops she was hosting in the UK and in Sweden to give private sessions to each of her participants. I also offered Love’s Breath and healing sessions at many festivals in Sweden including Sexibility Festival at Angsbacka and held my weekly Love’s Breath workshop and gave sessions at a healing centre, Heart and Hand, in Stockholm..

I continued to create and host many of my own Sacred Feminine weekend workshops, based on the Way of Mastery teachings and practices, in Sweden and in the UK. In 2017 and 2019 I brought groups of women from both Sweden and the UK  to Bali for 10-day Awakening the Divine Feminine and True Women’s Power retreats.

Since 2019 I have been offering breathwork and private healing sessions at  Tantra Spirit Festivals in Croatia and Ada Divine Awakening Festivals in Montenegro.. Now I’m moving towards practices of Inner Union of the Divine Feminine and Masculine, of Holy Relationship, with the same teachings of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua as the focus of the  Love’s Breath workshops. I combine this with the Inquiry Journey, healing fears, beliefs, shame, vulnerabilities in Intimacy of being seen, touched, loved and moving into Conscious Intimacy.

I moved to the UK in early 2021 living in Devon, Glastonbury and now Ivybridge in Devon giving online and in person Love’s Breath with Self Inquiry sessions to groups and one-to-one as well as offering Mary Magdalene Pilgrimages to the south of France visiting her sacred sites. I’m also developing new sacred feminine and tantric alchemy retreats to be co-led with some wonderful facilitator friends – watch this space!
